Re: [GWL]: Rodale Press
This is a fascinating string. While an organic method may be the first
I try, it isn't always the last; but if I'm using synthetics, I try to
go for the most environmentally-correct. In my design and installation
work the choice of pesticides is very important. I'm working inside
people's homes, yards, and on their terraces. Kids play here and
animals eat here and I need to be careful. But sometimes I also need to
use something strong.
It's sometimes difficult to find information on the relative safety of
synthetics, (like what Jeff reported about Bayer's new product-sounds
like a must have) and I'm sure I'm not alone in my need for this info.
This is very useful information and I'm grateful to those of you who
have written so intelligently about it.
What, by the way, are some of the problems with Neem? I've used several
forms and am unaware of the controversy.
