uploading application

I'm looking for some kind of program/application that I can use that might more quickly upload files to an FTP site or my Mozy cloud backup.

Someone w/a Mac OS Snow Leopard recommended Transmit4. Any thoughts, suggestions, considerations? The Transmit4 works on Amazon 3 cloud backup, which I don't know would work for me w/Mozy.

Can you tell I'm way over my head on this?
