Carol: I strongly disagree. What about members from Canada or Britain. Our publications, esp magazines aren't distributed in the States, so we're not even on your radar, so then how could Region VII members ever win awards? (Several of our members have won, and that's because they entered and their work was recognized for its excellence.)
