RE: [GWL]: recommended books
To all,
A new book certainly worth reading and reviewing, is:
Courtyards: Aesthetic, Social, and Thermal Delight, by John S. Reynolds,
just published by John Wiley and Sons Publishers.
This fine book is well written, highly interesting, and is the result of
some 20 years of research on the subject of what constitutes a top notch
courtyard garden.
Although of most interest for those from mild winter areas, much of it
is useful for all gardeners. A must read for the landscape designers and
landscape architects out there. I thinks it's excellent.
