I don't know anything about them:  but you can get web
hosting for that price from Pair Networks.  

Pair is a very fine web host; we've used them for 7 or 8
years - a long time in the Internet.  

Lots of connectivity;  extremely reliable (they've not been
down more than once or twice in 7 or 8 years - and once was
because they moved to a larger facility); very
knowledgeable.  And they keep increasing the disc space
allotted to their customer - which is very, very generous.

Note that their cheapest plan ($5.95/month) allows 250 MB
disc space, email (up to ten mailboxes) and other services.
