Seriously, this is the time of year to start thinking about that column,
radio show etc to promote the concept. Everyone is out trying to raise
money for PAR, but really it is the articles we write that bring in the 14
million meals' worth of food...

I feel threatened by these posts, and I think for a good reason. I do not
write about GWA's Plant A Row campaign because a local chain of gardening
stores promotes it heavily. I think they started that campaign a little
before GWA did. As long as the food is grown and donated, it doesn't
matter to me who gets credit. Margaret Lauterbach
