Re: Review copies


One point on doing a review. A very large percentage of reviewers get books and never tell the publisher where or when the review is being published, let alone send them a copy of the review. I hear this from publicity people all the time.

If you don't like the book, tell the publisher you didn't review it because you would have had to give it a bad review. If you DO review it, SEND A COPY of the review to the publisher and tell where it will be published. If nothing else, they deserve to know where their money (the cost of the book) went.
