Gardens in Puerto Rico

I'll be on the western side of Puerto Rico in a few weeks (Rincon, to be specific) & though perhaps someone may know of a garden worth visiting. I've been to PR a number of times, visited the San Juan Botanic gardens (worth a visit if you care to know) and an amazing private garden up in the mountains near Aibonito, but never been to this part of the island. 

Anyone know of a place I should go look at? Otherwise I'll be eating lots of fried food & catching some sun! What a shame that would be!
