Re: question about blogs

I try to post on my own blog three times a week.  Sometimes, it is less than
that.  A post can take from thirty minutes to an hour and a half depending
on how complicated it is.  I try to read it several times for typos and
structure.  As to other blogs, I always check out those on my sidebar a
couple of times a week.  I'm also subscribed to them, so I look at Google
Reader to see if something is up.  Plus, I get notifications of those
bloggers I follow on Plurk and Twitter.

I probably spend half an hour a day reading blogs, more or less.  I also
post on Examiner.com, and they ask for three posts a week.  I try.

What have I cut out?  Television, some home keeping, but when I'm needed by
the kids or life in general, I cut some of the reading and posting.  Like
books, they will keep.  However, I do have to post frequently to keep my
numbers solid.
