Re: sponsorship

My question is this: what exactly does the sales staff do at the radio station? Aren't they
supposed to be the experts in getting sponsors? This came up in Boise:.......not with Master
Gardeners, but with another big, important non-profit....they spent a year putting together a plan
for a fitness program for a TV station, only to have the TV station come back and say, great, now go
get your own sponsors.

I had a similar thing happen to me about doing a TV show. I told them, I am the talent, you do the
sales or no deal. Maybe they should have the sales staff to do the gardening show?
