sponorship

We (the local master gardeners) have a weekly radio show.  it has been  going 
about 2 yrs, I think and slowly the listening numbers went up. Now they  are 
starting to drop and the station wants us to help get sponsors for the  show.  
I know several list members have radio shows, and was hoping that  someone 
could suggest how to find sponsors.  Do you cold call every nursery  in 20 miles 
or what?
Any suggestions would be great,
