Re: Chicago Area Gardens


The green roof at City Hall isn't normally open to the public. You  
could call the Dept of Environment and see if someone would take you  
up. My guess is that they'd say yes. You have to make your way  
through a boiler room before getting to the locked  door that gives  
you access. Am sure there are lots of legal issues involved.
