I've found that watering is a big source of misunderstanding. Lots of
plants die because they are spritzed with the hose daily for a minute or
two.
Also: "I had a plant last year that I want to buy again. I don't
remember what color the flower was. I don't know how tall it was. I don't know
whether it grew in the sun or the shade. What was it?"
