Help Finding Writers

Anyone have any great leads for finding writers (wait, wait, don't get excited) - - specifically, writers who have good PERSONAL GARDEN STORIES that would work for my little (Best Small Garden) magazine, GreenPrints, "The Weeder's Digest"? There is a writer's website called helium.com that used to provide me with hundreds of submissions at a shot (granted, most all of them were w-e-a-k, but a few, oh, those few) . . . but now gives me barely any. I guess I've dried them up.

So I need new places to plumb for people who've had great (moving, funny, etc.) experiences in their gardens and want to tell about them.
