You are right and there is credible research to back up the fact that most
US bread is made with gmo wheat,
causes gluten intolerance in many people (maybemore then they would have
with non gmo wheat) and even has genetic components that affect appetite
for the products which makes the eater want to eat more and more bakery
products made with this type of gmo wheat.
Let Them Eat Cake has new meaning these days.
