Newsletter For Sale:

For the past few years, I've been running an Internet gardening 
newsletter.  Last year, I took it to a subscription based model 
(subscribers pay $25/year) but due to some changes in my own business, I do 
not have the time to continue operating it and intend to sell it.

This newsletter will be of interest to a person who can write a weekly 
gardening article and can answer reader's gardening questions via email and 
through the site bulletin board.

While small, it is a *profitable* venture with excellent conversion ratios. 
It needs more time to develop the circulation/site numbers than I have to 
give to it. It would be better suited to a retired nurseryperson or person 
at home with fewer job responsibilities than I currently have.

I will be selling the newsletter subscription list complete with website
