What you all need is  monitored file uploads place on the web.
Welcome to WIKI. I have put a permaculture wiki online - see the url
below.

Look for the Upload File utility and try it out.

I will soon have an agriculture wiki up and running on ibiblio and it
will have a large gardening
area complete with file uploads. I can create (anyone can) a subset of
pages for GWL with all sorts
of resources, including pages for categories of photos, videos and sound
files. You can
link to this (i.e.
http://www.ibiblio.org/ecolandtech/agwiki/index.php/gardeningGWL/GwlPhotos
or something like that) URL instead of the other. The pages and photo
archives can be monitored for
spam, offending files, text entries and pages can be easily deleted.

Might be worth doing since I'll be doing all the work and all you have
to do is link to the URL
and use the resources.

I sent out a reply a little while ago, but I sent it from the wrong email
address.  You probably won't see it until Lon approves the message.

Anyhow, I became inspired and wrote a quick program to go out and get
a list of subscribers for the gwlphotos list.  Basically, every hour
at the quarter-hour (i.e. 12:15, 1:15, ...) the hort.net server goes
out and downloads a list of members from the gardenwriters list.  Only
people who are on that list are now allowed to post to the gwlphotos
address as well.

The unfortunate side-effect is that anyone who has their address concealed
from the GWL membership (that setting can be changed on the preferences
page at

  http://lists.ibiblio.org/mailman/listinfo/gardenwriters

) will not be able to send to gwlphotos.

The benefit is that non-subscriberes won't be able to send unsolicited
bulk email (spam) to the gwlphotos address any more.
