Having just read Clyde's posting of Jim Wilkin's letter, preceded by a note
from Carolyn asking if I wanted to join the new list, I'm curious..

Jim mentions the lack of rules leading to lawsuit threats. On hosta-open,
where there are no rules, has anyone ever been threatened with legal action
over something posted on the list?

And why do we need a new list to replace the AHS robin?
