K. daigremontiana 'Devil's Backbone' it seems to be. Thank you for your
help. Unfortunately it's also considered quite poisonous too and with all
those little plantlets falling everywhere I can't trust my cat to not pick
one up and eat it. It's an attractive plant, but this one will have to go
back to the giver with a warning for her grandchildren.
