Souvenir dlM, Mme IsaacP

Has anyone grown Souvenir de la Malmaison, and Mme Isaac Pereire in zone
5?  According to HOGR the recommended zone limit without protection is
considered 5-6. Does that actually mean 7?  I am tempted by these because
of the described fragrance, although I have never actually seen them. I
would appreciate any observations from anyone who has grown these, zone 5
