Our San Antonio Rose Society is pretty much evenly split between minis
and Hybrid Teas. VERY different from Teas, btw. There are a few of us,
however, who grow old roses, and we're gaining ground!
The prevalence of HTs and minis seems to be directly related to how well
the varieties do at rose shows. Also, until the last few years, OGRs
were hard to come by - local nurseries only carried Hybrid Teas.
