Re: Favorite rose


I think my most beautiful rose is the single "Lyda Rose".  The best scented one
was Maggie.  It is so dry here I have not had any problems with black spot in
years.  I had a bit of mildew on one that was being pushed out by hubby's cedar
tree seedling.  That cured itself.  My roses are blooming profusely now and I
have reason to believe we might have frost before the end of the week.  I hope
the house will absorb enough heat from sun that day to reflect it back to the
roses on the south side of the house.  I can readily see all my flowers on the
south side of the house from inside the house as well as outside.
