Re: Cutting Asparagus?


I saw reference in the last couple of weeks to a "White
Asparagus" which is apparently very popular on the continent (Europe),
does anyone have any information on this?


I think white asparagus is simply the spears under the soil, i.e. not exposed to
 light.  I don't know if you plant a different variety.
