Well, all winter my dog has been using my sq. ft. garden for a br!  I
don't do much in the way of picking up after him during the winter,
just the other 3/4 of the year.  Will it be safe to plant my veggies
in that soil?  If not, what should I do?  It's not feasible (cost or
labor) to replace all that soil.
