My name is Jim and I am new to the list.  I live in lower Michigan Zone 5 I
believe.  I bought and read Mels SQFT book about a month ago and am very
excited about all this.  I've never gardened before but this shines a new
light on the whole process.

A few simple questions on seed starting or direct seeding.

Jalapeno's and Pumpkins.  When?
And snow peas, should probable already be out, I am soiling mixing tomorrow
and tilling next Saturday.  Is planting them next Sat. too late?
