Please also note that the Zone hardiness figures come from the *average*
annual minimum temperatures which means that 1/2 of the time your coldest
annual minimum temperature will be colder (than whatever figure is assigned
for your area that then determines what Zone you are in), and 1/2 the time
your coldest annual minimum temperature will not get quite that cold.
