Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Well, I went to Walmart and bought a little "Gro & Sho light stick" by GE,
It is about 2' long, and a single flourescent grow light tube... do you
all think that one will do it, or should I get a second? My dh is going to
build me a little shelf, where the lights will be mounted in a "roof-like"
top, that is adjustable height... (any suggestions on how close the lights
need to be?) The broccoli sprouts that we started a week ago are already
so long that I'm afraid that they will be too leggy... they have one set of
leaves, and are about 2 inches long... still in the dish of vermiculite...
should I dump these, and start over (since they only took 36 hours to
sprout all of them, i'll have only really lost a week) or should I try
transplanting these into my little newspaper pots?? Thanks for all your help!!
Dawn
