Probably okay.  But if you are worried start more.
I find that with square foot gardening that the average
packet of seeds is much larger than I could use even in
a few years.  So if in doubt you could add an extra seed
to each pot you already have.  Seeds are cheap, your seed
starting time (if like mine) is short and precious.
