Hello All,
As some of you might know I sell a few thing at the local farmers market
(mostly peppers but some tomatoes). A lady ask me today if I had any high
acid tomatoes and I don't really know what varieties would be considered
high acid. I do grow some lemon boys which I think are low acid. People here
refer to "old timey" tomatoes which I'm sure are heirlooms ( though no one
seems sure what variety). Some people refer to tomatoes as sweet, are sweet
tasting tomatoes high or low acid?. The goliath heirlooms I'm growing have a
bit of a bite to them so I wonder if they are are considered high acid?.
Should have given her one and got her opinion.
Charlie
