Blueberries, legal or illegal <GRIN to Cousin Ricky>, need acid soil. The
best way to achieve it is to incorporate liberal amounts of peat moss into
the planting bed. But, alas, that takes us to another politically explosive
issue--using peat depletes non-renewable peat bogs!! I say go for it!!
Plant your wild berries in a bed full of peat!!
