Gee, I hope this is an exageration or over-simplification. If it is
true then I am in real trouble... I dig Wild Bonsai stock all the time,
and often use wild veggies and herbs. The only rule I have been
following is not to dig on federal reserves and always try to get
permission from the landowners.
Although I know the few protected species in Florida and don't dig
them, I can't imagine that they don't want me to dig up Red Maple or
Cedar which are both prolific and invasive...
