Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Dear Square-Footers,
I am new to this list and I don't have a garden -- YET! While most of you are
harvesting, I am purchasing a house next week and I'm already dreaming of my
garden for next spring! I want to take the time this fall to prepare at least
one or two beds for spring planting. (We'll see how far I get with a move, a
full-time job, a toddler and another baby due in mid-November!)
I am currently thinking I will use cinder blocks for my beds. I like the idea of
planting within the holes, no chemicals and the permanency of them. How many
levels of cinder blocks should I use?
Any other advice on how to get these beds ready for my spring adventure?
TIA for your insight!
Chris
