I've placed my cell packs outside in a sunny area in Newport Beach
and had them sprout before the peppers did. Just make sure they're
kept moist when the Santana Winds are blowing. Cover them with
plastic wrap with holes punched in it when that happens so they don't
dry out.Have fun!
