I bought pretty much the same fixtures from Lowe's for my setup.  Either get
1/2 cool whites and 1/2 "warm" flourescents or use some sort of "full
spectrum" bulbs.  Our Missouri Department of Conservation web site seems to
suggest that the expensive "grow lights" are not necessary.
