Last weekend we put out some potatoes (above ground!!).    So I'll keep
everyone up to date on how they grow.  We tilled the plot many times and raked
and picked all the grass and roots out.  Then we tilled in a ton of leaves
into the soil.  This raised the soil level a good bit.  Then we just put the
eyes pointing up and threw more leaves and a little soil on top (not very
much, just enough to cover).  Then we watered really well.    Can't wait to
see what happens!!!
