Thanks  to everyone who answered my plea for info on the average last frost
date in Springfield, IL.  And, thanks, especially to Jenny Herl, who sent
the URL for the all the climate data in Springfield for the last 80 years or
so.  It indicates that there is a 90 percent chance that April 15 will be
the last day with freezing temperatures!!  Hooray!!  I now know when to
start all my seeds under lights!
