Cathy-  I agree with you Olin... Swiss Chard is a beautiful looking plant
that gets about 2' by 2', vase shaped. The leaves are the parts you eat.
They are a beet relative. I use the "Bright Lights" seeds for ornamental
value in my front yard flower and shrub beds. The stalks are beautiful and
the leaves are shiny dark green. You can add the leaves (younger is tastier)
to your salad like romaine.
