New neighborhood, new raised beds, and new outdoor
cats that think the beds are litter boxes!!!!!!

Any suggestions, short of enclosing each entire box
with chicken wire, on how to keep cats from digging in
my garden.  
*We have a dog but he loves cats!  And these
neighborhood cats seem fine with him too, so I can't
use his hair to deter them.  
*Should I try the "Cat-b-gone" sprays from the pet
store?  Has anyone had success with any brand?

So far they've only dug in between the plants and
haven't damaged anything.  Though there is some sage
and lemon thyme that was chomped on, would birds do
this or can I blame the cats for that too?
