No they won't taste fishy.  Especially if you don't get any on the leaves.
But in any case the odor vanishes after a day or two at most.  I try to pick
stuff the day I fertilize because some splashes up onto the fruit.

There are also "cold process" fish emulsions that don't smell but cost more.
They have more P and bit less N.
