Hello all,
My wife and I just moved out to an organic farm/garden where we work
evenings and weekends in exchange for rent. We have had a medium
size square foot garden of our own in the past (4 squares), but still
don't have much experience. I am new to this mailing list.
The farm we're now at is much larger in scale and uses the
'standard' row crop technique. I'm wondering if there are any fairly
large organic farms/gardens out there that use the square foot
technique or some variation of it. I'd imagine that we would need at
least 100 squares or more for the amount of produce we have. It just
seems to me that more intensive planting to reduce the weeding burden
would be nice. (Can you tell that we've been doing a lot of
weeding!).
Just curious!
Thanks!
