Our local newspaper had an article about this man who was an expert tomato
grower and had conducted a lot of yield experiments. He said that the
suckers are more productive than the mother plant. Unfortunately, I don't
remember how he said to transplant the suckers. If you don't get any other
help, I can look up the article and forward it to you.
