Hi all!
Richard's right that sage can get quite large. I would probably
plant just one to a double square. However, sage is a salvia,
specifically Salvia officinalis. Unlike mints and lemon balm, sage is a much
less aggressive grower and less likely to attempt a coup and take over
the entire plot.
