This is request for help in finding a good text on "no dig gardening". I have been establishing raised beds foe over twelve months now and using plenty of compost in them. However, I have become increasingly concerned by my disturbance of the worm populations by my cultivating the soil. "No Dig" in raised beds seems ,to me, to solve two problems, the care of the worms and the care of my back. I have very little idea of the processes involved and would like to acquire a good basic text. Square Foot gardening is also a new concept, to me, one that I plan to try out during me next growing season. I am enjoying reading the postings on this subject. TIA from -- Jim Greene, New Zealand, where we are enjoying the "season of mists and mellow fruitfulness". With the fruitfulness, without the mists. "My Grandmother taught me to question !"
