Hi,

Thanks to everyone who shared their secrets for keeping up weed-free paths!

Since I don't have raised beds, I got some 3.5" x 4" x 8' landscape timbers
(which are only $1.49 locally). These I plan to use to raise the beds up
just a few inches, which should be enough to contain one of the suggested
applications (cardboard, newspaper, or weed fabric followed by mulch,
gravel, or wood chips).
