Square Foot Gardening List - http://www.flinet.com/~gallus/sqft.html
Nasty nippy ants have made themselves at home in our raised beds at school.
The kids, wisely, will not have anything to do with a square that has ants
even 2 squares away! The ants defend their turf with a vengence. This is
not the type of stimulus response I had planned for the kiddies when we
started this garden project.
Our beds are made of cedar to avoid the children ingesting poisonous
vegetables, and this predicament has put us in a contradictory situation,
but we need something lethal to queen ants! Can we poison the ants without
poisoning ourselves?
If you have a solution, we really want to hear from you!
