also grow I. tectorum in pots. The seem to prefer wide shallow pots. It would be
worth a try and they are easy from seed.
Rod,
I had it and Paltec in the ground in
Kentucky, and it did great that way. I have heard of someone a bit inland
from Tampa having luck [so far] with Iris tectorum. Maybe I need to try it
sometime.
