I also grow I. tectorum in pots. The seem to prefer wide shallow pots. It would be worth a try and they are easy from seed.

Chuck,
     I didnât know you could do that with Iris tectorum.  I wonder if they would grow in Florida?  Or, would our swamp lizards scare them to death.
