     That sure is a pretty thing.  Some years back, I remember someone [I think it was Bill Shear but am not 100% certain] wrote that Sisyrinchiums were fairly short lived plants, and perpetuated themselves from seed.  Does anyone know if this is true?  I know I have seen large clumps eventually vanish, and another colony arise somewhere else.
