Jim,

Does it set seed? How about saving some for the exchange? ;) 

I too have grown a few sisyrinchiums and have trouble keeping them for long. I have a native the I believe may be S. prunicium.

Now you really have me curious. How many do you have and which ones? Maybe we can trade. Plant Delights has this but in a deeper yellow and without the red ring.
