Hi All,
Many bloomstalks indicate a good bloom season. A late afternoon tour of the
iris beds and revealed a distressing sight. Several stalks have snapped off
8 to 12 inches above ground. Closer inspection shows a clean "snap" on each.
Nothing to indicate damage by insect, animal or humans. It's the roller
coaster temps, I suppose. Alternating days of cold and hot.
